To purchase a gift certificate, simply select the value of the gift you'd like to send. Then enter the recipient's name and other information that allows us to deliver the certificate and you're done. You can even let us know if you'd like a personalized email message delivered to your lucky friend and enter a personal note that we will send along with the certificate.

Receiving the Certificate

Within just a few hours, the gift certificate key will be sent via email to your recipient. You, as purchaser, will also receive an email that contains all certificate information, including the gift certificate key. You should keep this key for your records. A paper copy of the certificate can also be printed if you'd prefer to personally deliver the certificate to your recipient.

Redeeming the Gift Certificate

All the recipient need do is shop with LDS Leather Company either on line or by phone within a period of one year. If ordering on line, at check-out, a box will appear where the certificate recipient must enter the gift certificate key. If ordering by phone, the recipient must provide the gift certificate key. Whether ordering on line or by phone, our system keeps track of the value of the certificate, the amount used, and the remaining balance of that certificate. The balance will remain available for a period of one year from the date the certificate was originally purchased. The recipient can login to our shopping cart and view balance and usage of the gift certificate at any time.
