Photo ID Cards for Working, Therapy and Service Animals

General Information

We now offer customized photo identification cards for you and your working partner. Whether your partner is a service animal, a therapy animal or any other working animal, we can create and customize an identification card just for you.

Your new identification card will be created on a rigid PVC credit card sized card (3-3/8" x 2-1/8"). Using a patented process, each card is injection printed, creating a durable, high quality double-sided identification card in sharp vivid color that does not need laminating. The front of each ID card is printed in color with the personalized information you specify along with a color photo you supply. The back of the card is printed in monochrome with appropriate general information for the type of card selected. You may choose the color scheme and background silhouette for your card, as well!

Create Your Card

There are many cards from which to choose. Simply choose the template that best serves your needs (Service Dog, Service Animal, Assistance Dog, therapy dog, etc.) and provide the information to be printed on the front of the card, such as your name and address, your animal's name, breed and other identifying information. Customize your new photo ID card by selecting background color, background image, header and footer color strip, etc.

IMPORTANT!

When filling in your information, please note that the number in parentheses indicates the number of characters that will properly fit on your card. Should you provide too many characters, we will edit your information for the best and clearest effect. Do not enter any special characters. The only characters allowed are alpha-numeric plus the following: ( ) & - _ @ . , *. We cannot be held responsible for misinterpretations due to your entering disallowed special characters.

Send Your Photo

Please send only a single photograph per ID card and make sure it is the best quality photo you can. Send it to the email address provided in your order confirmation email. Your photo must be sent in .jpg (best quality) or in .gif format as an attachment. Please do not send links to web pages or to photo albums. We will not edit or alter your photo in any way except to size.

That's it and you're done! In 3-5 business days from the date we receive your photo, you'll have your new service animal or therapy animal photo identification card.
